I have a group mailbox where users are mailing relatively large items
(1-5mb). I want to keep a copy of these mails for 2 weeks or so for quality
purposes. However, I'm worried that the site will lose the space and i don't
want to keep the items in personal folders because multiple people will need
access to these mails.
I thought about creating a separate quality mailbox and asking the users to
CC that mailbox, but I'd prefer that be my last resort.
Does anyone have any ideas that could help? I know some VBA if that is a
possible solution.
