group on hyperlink in data access page

I want to include a hyperlink field type in the top level
grouping of a data access page. I don't necessarily need
to group on the field, which is equivalent to a memo type,
but I want to include it in the top level so that it is
always visible while the details are collapsed. Access
won't let me promote the field into any grouping level.
Thanks.
Also, is there a help section for how to search this
newsgroup?
