Hi Guys,

Was wondering as to whether their is a group policy I can apply to delete
users
calendar items?

I've had a look at the Outlook 2003 ADM and cannot seem to find anything
that will do this.

Please advise

Thanks

Hi Diane, thanks for the response.

Would using 'mailbox manager' on the Exchange Server be the preferred way of
actioning this?

Are you aware of a group policy that can do this as well?

Thanks for your help

IMHO, yes. Group policy could configure autoarchiving but not set the
folders - if the user didn't change the default on that folder it would
work, but mailbox manager is seamless and behind the scenes - users can't
disable it.
