Group postcodes into shires and display pie chart

Hi, I have a list of participant addresses which will be updated regularly,i need excel to sort the postcodes into shires and update a pie chart eachtime the list is updated. This is to report on how many participants comefrom which Shire. thanks (ps I have made a list of which postcodes belongto which shire)
