After furious head scratching, LTJ asked:
| The problem is, I can usually see the text, why they are busy, i.e. a
| meeting, but then suddenly a few weeks ahead in time it's all blue
| and I cannot see why they are busy. I understand blue is busy, but
| when you have been giving access by them to their calendar,
| appointments only have a smallblue thing in the beginning of the
| appointment and then you see the text of the appointment. But these
| appointments are all blue, I cannot read the text in the group
| schedule, only if I OPEN their calendar. The appointmenst should only
| be all blue if people have marked the Private box, and this is not
| the case.
| Other colleagues of mine have also wondered why it's like this in the
| group schedule. Hope you understand the problem, kind of hard when
| you can't show an example.

|| ||| I have a group schedule, and access to several of my colleagues'
||| calendar. In group schedule some of the appointments are blue even
||| though they are not private and if I open my colleagues calendar I

||| why are some of them blue and some open in group schedule, even

||| Can someone help
