Group Schedule with Labels

Hi All

In Outlook XP is it possible to produce a group schedule that displays the
coloured labels applied by users? -- and, is it possible to print a group
schedule?

If not, is there an alternative way to view a consolidated calendar of users
appointments that will show username together with colour coded label applied?

in outlook xp you would need to copy everything to one calendar and print
from there.
