Is there a way to change the default so that you can view schedules further
out than 2 months? Even though we have recurring appointments with no end
dates, the schedule only goes through the end of February??? We have to make
sure there are a minimal number of people here on certain dates and it would
be easier to prepare for that if we can see those dates well in advance.

Are you speaking of the free/busy information? By default, free/busy is
published only for two months. Have each purson change the free/busy
publishing to six months or a year.
