Group schedules

Is there a way I can create a group schedule and
distribute it to members of our organization? I do not
want to use a public folder as it appears that you loss
the ability to track invited attendees due to the request
not coming from the persons main folder. Any
help /suggestions would be great.

No, each Outlook 2002 or 2003 user must create their own group schedules.
