Group Scheduling

We are new users of Outlook 2002. We are a group of
trainers and have a office bound assistant who schedules
our sessions. Are we able allow this person to schedule
appointments for each trainer (5 persons), send an e-mail
to the person/s concerned (for them to accept or
decline), and display these appointments in a central
location? Obviously the trainers calender needs to update
to display the new appointment.
We don't want the assistants' calender to show up all the
others appointments on her calender - we only want these
to show up on the group schedule.

Can anyone offer suggestions?

Thanks
