Group Tasks

Hi

What is the best way , if any of sharing tasks around a
group of people so that they all receive reminders. In
Outlook XP you cannnot assign tasks to a group of people
and keep the task updated. We have tried using a public
folder, but this does not remind the individuals either.

Any Ideas?
