Group Totals in Usage

I am beating my head against a wall! I know that the
columns in Resource Usage that has been grouped by
Division should give me subtotals by Division, but cannot
seem to make it work. Have been online and gone through
the trouble reports that pertain to this area, but haven't
found the answer. Please help!
