I have user enter information on a form to determine whether my company will
fax and/or bill the requestor. So I created group headers on the report to
display fax (FaxPage header) and billing (Bill Header) information from the
form. The idea is if the user enters "B" then Bill Header will display on
the report and just the opposite if "B" is not enter. Same thing for FaxPage
Header. So I can just have one report and not create a report for each type
of customer (i.e a Faxed Billed customer, just Billed customer, no Billed or
Faxed customer, etc)
I created these grouper headers but they are based on a field in the
underlying query of the report. So obvoiusly it prompts me to enter the
parameter value for the group headers. I hit OK and everything works fine.
How can I get rid of the prompt? I can not add a field to the underlying
query named "FaxPage" or "Billed". I tried but it makes these Group Header
duplicate on the report.
