Grouping a Picture in WORDS

Hello!

I have several shapes (text boxes , auto shapes etc) and they are grouped as
one picture. However, when copying it to another WORDS file, all the
aligments in the group object in the new doc are out. e.g. single spacing in
text box becomes 1.5 spacing.

How can I overcome this problem? Thanks.

Change the formatting of the Normal style in the target document (because
Normal is the default style used in text boxes).

Alternatively, ungroup the objects and manually change the formatting of the
text in the text box.

Sorry, you don't have to ungroup the objects; just click in the text box and
select the text.
