Grouping Checkboxes

I am creating document in Excel with a series of
questios. Each question has five check boxes related to
it. Do you know how I can go about grouping the sets of
five so that only one box may be checked at a time?

Check boxes are not really for that, use the option button instead.
Otherwise you have to have a macro that validates the check boxes,
with the option button you won't need that
