Grouping Lowest Subordinates

A new user with hundreds of records in my database, I would like to group the
lowest tier of subordinates into a single box beneath the person they report
to rather than each appear as individual boxes. Can this be done? Thanks

I assume you're talking about OrgCharts. If you right-click on a manager,
you can choose "Hide Subordinates" from the menu. This will cause the
numerous subordinates to disappear. The manager shape will then show a
"stack of cards" behind it's box. You are effectively grouping the team
under the name of the manager.

Maybe this is close enough?
