Grouping {MERGEFIELD} into 2 or 3 Columns

my part of excel sheet like this

an so on, roughly 1000 rows,

My Merge Document is like this

next page for next customer and continue. My code produce first page exactly what I wanted. rest of the pages does not come as group. what's wrong in my code. please can someone point me out.

Note : If I write to display as one after the other letters are prepared as I wanted.

....... and so on.
