We run a lodging and tours company. We have 6 calendars for our 6 cabins.
We also have 4 calendars for our tours & activities. We would like to have
an easy way to view all our cabin calendars together sometimes, and other
times to view all our tours calendars together, without seeing the cabins
calendars.
Is there any way to group the cabins calendars together and the tours
calendars together in a separate grouping, so we can turn on and off each
group without having to toggle each calendar individually?
Also, it would be great to be able to have 2 overlaid views going at the
same time, one showing all the cabins calendars overlaid on top of each
other, and a separate one showing the tours calendars overlaid together. All
I can get Outlook 2007 to do so far is to have some calendars overlaid and
others each shown individually.
Is there any way to do these things in Outlook? If it is not built into
Outlook, is there an extension?
Thank you!
