Hi,
What I want todo is to be able to tag my tasks with multiple keywords
and then be able to view them separately and also together.
At the moment I have a custom field that is set to keywords as the
type. Then when I "Group by this Box" it groups them together, based
on the keyword and the same task is listed under each separate
keyword.
eg:
Task 1 - Keywords - a,b,c
Task 2 - Keywords - a,c
Task 3 - Keywords - a,b,c
So currently I would get:
a
Task 1, Task 2, Task 3
b
Task 1, Task 3
c
Task 1, Task 2, Task 3
This is what I want partially (the separately bit), but what I also
want is the ability to be able to "Group by this Box" and have the
items which both have the same keyword appear under its own grouping,
which is both keywords. So I get what I have in eg1, but also have
this listed
eg2:
a,c
Task 1, Task 2, Task 3
a,b,c
Task 1, Task 3
I was able todo something like this in Lotus notes, by just adding
heaps of keywords to each task, then I was able to filter the tasks
using this.
Using this, when I create a new task, I could then drag it over the
group and have the keywords added to it instantly.
Thanks.
