Grouping Outlook Tasks

Is there a way to group several line items into one task? Currently I have
only found a way to assigen a task to each line in my notes. A task can
contain several steps and or items. I don't want to create a seperate
outlook task for each step. This to me is the apitamy of micro-management.

I have found that I can use an outline structure but when the task is
created in Outlook only the first line shows up, so I have to cut and paste
the remaining steps. This defeats the purpose of a one step task creation.
Also not everyone is ambisious enough to go back to the notebook and check
all of the steps. You can't force people to use technology even if it makes
your life easier.

Any input would be appreciated.

You've found the OneNote group. Unfortunately, Outlook support is in
a different group of newsgroups on the Microsoft site. You want one
the microsoft.public.outlook.* groups. Sorry.
