Hi,
Why don't you add a helper column with a key (the
company name or a unique abbreviation for it) for
each group? Then sort on that first, followed by
the next detail column.
No programming involved.

company occupies 5 row (some of them merged) and 14
columns. I want to sort them by the companies' names.
