Grouping & totaling in Access

I'm the new kid on the block with Access. I've keyed all
my data and need to print a listing that groups projects
and gives a total for hours applied to the same project.
Like below. I can't get the "Grouping" button to enable.

are you using report? you cant group records in table as
it is in Excel. Try running report wizard. you will get
required results
