GroupOn 'week' period defaults

Has anyone been able to find the ability to change or set
the days which MSAccess reports consider to be a 'week'
period, my system is defaulting to Monday->Sunday.

I would like to be able to change, using options or VBA,
to a period like Thursday->Wednesday
