Groupwise client conflicts

User has both Outlook 2002 and Groupwise 5.5 mail clients
installed on his laptop. Outlook is configured for POP and
SMTP, accessing one web account. The Groupwise client is
of course set up for the GW system at one of his offices.
I cannot manage to get both clients working at the same
time. Errors include MAPI, shell32.dll, rundll32.exe, etc.
He cannot access his GW Global Address List.
Any thoughts?

Known issue for several years. You can have the GroupWise
client access GroupWise and the web account. After a few
years, we have never figured out how to get the two to co-
exist. Outlook tends to completely take over the address
list from GroupWise.
