GroupWise Forwarding to Outlook/Exchange

I am not sure if this is an outlook or exchange issue. When emails are
forwarded from Groupwise to internet email (such as hotmail and gmail)
the email looks like it is from the original sender. (flat forward and
real mail from) But when forwarded to a system with Exchange 03 and
outlook 03 everything is in an attachment.Is there a way to change this
behavior?
