Groupwise Removal

Hi everyone,
I want to remove groupwise and all the netware pieces from our clients and
then install outlook.

I've heard there are some issues with this and possibly some tricks?

Does anyone have experience doing this and would be willing to share lessons
learned, tricks, utilities, scripts, etc...?
