GRRR outlook wont send emails

when I press send it comes up with the sending and receiving box but it
doesnt work, it comes up with the error message:
Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC3B) : 'The server cannot
process the request.The server responded 'Method Not Allowed'. '

What version of Outlook? Is this a paid Hotmail account? When did you set
it up? Hotmail is no longer supported for free accounts in Outlook
2002/2003.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
