After installation, we cannot open the software. We get an
error teeling us that Project is looking for
gbui://blank.htm/ and we should list it on our trusted
sites in Explorer. We tried that and Explorer would not
accept the information.

What error is this and how do we fix it?

We are running V2002 of Project Standard on a Win98
machine.
