Where is a good place / hoster / location to setup a Guest Book for a high
school and/or family reunion with several lines of questions, etc?

I'm not really into guest books but I saw a nice flexible one here:

there's one that runs against a plain text file. If you decide to go with
that one I'll give you my trick to make the plain text "database" file
"writable" so it works. don't even need to bother the server admin or risk
fpt chmod-ing the folder. ;-)

I am now searching for a Windows Host that supports ASP so the Guest Book
will work.

I see. UNIX?
you could probably find a php alternative here:
www.hotscripts.com (just stay within the php scripts) when you search. If
you get one that saves it's contents in a plain text file, I've discovered a
little trick to make the file "writable".
