Guestbook formatting FP 2003

How do I format the results of a Guestbook that was generated by a Frontpage template? Results of the form are sent to a page, guestlog.htm. How do I format that page, ie align the fields the way I want them, etc? Also, is there a way to edit/delete individual guestbook entries?
Thank you very much for any suggestions!

To modify the arrangement of fields:

1. Open the page that contains the guestbook form.
2. Right-click the form and choose Form Properties.
3. Click the Options button.
4. To change the overall layout of the results,
click the File Results tab and use the File Format
drop-down list to select the format you want.
5. To change the order of the fields, or to add or remove
fields, click the Saved Fields tab and then modify
either the list of fields in the Form Fields To Save
box, or the check boxes at the bottom.

To modify the colors and fonts of the resulting guestbook
page, open that page and format it as you want.

Keep in mind that the guestbook form doesn't create a
database; it physically adds lines to the page that lists
the guestbook entries. Therefore:

o Changes you make to the guestbook form will only
affect new entries.
o To modify or remove entries, open the page that
displays the guestbook listing and modify it by hand.
