Guestbook host?

Using FrontPage, how do I create a (WORKING) webpage, with boxes for 'Name',
'Email Address' and 'Comment', as well as each previous comment submitted
underneath? I know how to make it, however it doesn't work. I continue to get
an error saying,

"FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.
"This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed."

Could you please tell me what web server would be best for me to upload
this to, in order for it to work properly?

If the page is hosted by the correct server then will the guestbook work
properly?

That error message comes from _derived/nortbots.htm, nortbots stands
for NoRunTimewebBots.

nortbots.htm only appears in four cases:
1) You are testing on a disc-based website, including a FrontPage
disc-based web that is being browsed through a web-server.
2) You are testing on a website that does not have server extensions
installed or running
3) The site (or form page) was FTPed from a disc-based web, or
published using a FTP address for the destination. Publish must be to
a URL of the form http://example.com
4) There is a bug associated with FrontPage98 which causes this
problem.

You must use the FrontPage http publish method (use File->Publish Web
/Site and use a destination address of the form http://example.com -
replace example.com with your own domain name) to publish to a server
running the FrontPage extensions.
If the web (emphasis on the word web) is PUBLISHED to the server
running FPextensions the guestbook should work correctly.
Note: if you haven't already done this, using FrontPage move the
guestlog.htm page into the _private folder within your web.
