Guidance text that disappears when user clicks

Hi,

I am preparing a word template to be used by external users and want to
place some explanatory text under each heading to guide the user as to what
info should be put in each section. Is there any way of inserting thsi text
so that when the user clicks on a section the text disappears??

Any help appreciated!
