Can anyone refresh my memory on the difference between the pink and blue
guidelines please. I know the pink lines indicate the page margins, but what
about the blue lines. Cant find any information on these
Thanks in advance

The difference between the pink and the blue guides is about 0.261cm )

The pink guides indicate the linese you've designated to be your margins
(note: not the printer's printable margins - the lines can be either side of
those, and if you're on the wrong side, some stuff won't print).

The blue guides give you a mark slightly inset from the margin guides,
allowing you to position objects slightly away from your margins, for design
purposes.

(Note that the blue guides have essentially been removed from Publisher
2003, as people found them "confusing". The pink guides have been recoloured
blue.)
