Guides and ruler guides over a picture

On my work I have a picture that's extended to the whole document, this way I
can't see the guides nor the ruler guides. How do I make them appear over
this picture ? (I have tried to send the picture back or backward but it
didn't help).

Might do view, pictures, hide pictures. Do all your other work first and then insert
the picture. Draw lines where the guides are and fill with a contrast color, just
don't forget to delete them.
