GUYS PLEASE HELP ME MY OUTLOOK IS NOT OPENING

Dear Group Members

Thanks for your co-operation...

My Outlook is not opening. IT has become so slow that when i try to
open that my other applications are becoming slower.

When I open Outlook, I get a message saying that "Outlook could not
open the file containing the folders used to send and receive e-mail
messages, create appointments and open the address book. Please select
from the
: options listed below. Then it gives me the option of either creating
a new personal folder file, or opening an existing one.

How ever both the options are not working?

I tried Un-Installing and Re-Installing my outlook but in vain.... can
anyone help me out in this regard please...

I would appreciate if you can help me because i stored all my important
business data in it and now iam unable to access that..

Need a bit more information.
1. Is this in a network environment or a remote?
2. Are you using a .pst or .ost?
3. When did it last work and what changes have occured since then?

Off the top of my head it sounds like you're having a synch problem. Either
you tried sending an email to large and it is hanging trying to send or it
is try to download a large one.
1. Can you go to another workstation and log in and receive your email
there?
2. Can you access your email via OWA?
