H.E.L.P. Is there a way to sync with outlook wirelessly from another location?

I just purchased my first laptop and I was wondering if there was any good
software that would sync my outlook emails,contacts and calendar between
that and my home desktop using my Sprint air card. This would be for when I
am off site.
