Hacking and then Hijacking of my HOTMAIL account - Solution??

Hi,

My hotmail account is (e-mail address removed). It has been
hacked and the id has been hijacked. The password as well
as the secret ques with its answer has been hacked and
hijacked.

Is there a solution to recover my id? Can mail me at
(e-mail address removed) ur suggestions.
