Hi,
I purchased Office 2007 Pro Plus through my school. I had to reinstall Vista
(which I did on a larger hard drive, so I still have the old one for now). I
can't find the Office CD/serial, but I downloaded the trial version and tried
the Office product key that is displayed in Office on the old hard drive. The
product key is all numbers though, which I thought was kind of odd, and when
I try and enter it into the trial it says the number is invalid before I even
type it all in (it contains the number "5" which it says is an invalid
character).
Any ideas on what I should do? I contacted my school, but they said they
don't keep the serial numbers and I have to call Microsoft, but all the
numbers I can find are expensive to call...
Thanks.
