hand-writing recognition for Chinese

Hi,
I am having trouble getting the Chinese handwriting
recognition engine installed for office xp. I know it
should automatically install w/ windows XP or you can go
to area/language settings and install East Asian
settings, etc. But all that comes close to handwriting
was the drawing pad.
Can someone point me to a plugin or patch that'll allow
me to handwrite in Chinese?
