I can setup the conduit from the HotSync app and I can also sync without any problem. The only things I can think of are the classic: - repair permissions - check hard drive for damage - make sure you are using the latest version of the Palm apps (4.2.1 I believe) - make sure you don't have any conflicting conduit active (eg the Palm calendar and task conduit, iSync conduit...).
