A client organisation is looking to implement Project Server 2003. In the
past, they have added a 30% contingency to each project task. They would
like to hide the contingency from project workers (ie each worker sees the
original task estimate). At the same time, Executives should be able to see
expenses against budget, and aggregated contingencies by project. Any ideas
on neat ways of handling this? (Better estimation is not an answer!)
