Outlook 2007 (brand new) under Vista SP1.
Under Outlook 2003 I had a single profile, therefore a single contacts file,
that handled four mail accounts: two with one set of rules delivering mail
to one personal folder, and two with a different set of rules delivering
mail to a second personal folder, each with its own "inbox", leaving the
real inbox empty. This was by design, at my daughter's request. I had a lot
of duplication with heavy use of the "through the xxx account" rule.
I recall seeing a post answered by Diane, from which I inferred that this
could be simplified in Outlook 2007, but I can't find that thread. If this
can be simplified, would you please tell me how?
