Handling Multiple Timezones

How do I handle multiple timezones within one project plan. I would like to
be able to show what time it is in the UK and what time in Australia for each
task.

Project does not support this I'm afraid. One way to handle this is to have
a standard project time, based on the location where most of the resources
are. You then have a large wall mounted clock on the wall of the team's
offices showing Project time (and date). A clock and calendar for each
office is cheap and simple, so it follows the KISS theory nicely!
