Handling Pictures in a Document

I'm trying to create a simple, single page brochure based
on an existing Word template.
Values in various Merge fields are being written to the
ActiveDocument object OK, but the template also contains a
picture whose image (path to *.jpg file) I need to update
at this point.
Is there a way of doing this? All I can find is the
InLineShapes.AddPicture method.
