I need to change the 2-UP handout master in my presentation, but when I open
it the resize handles for the place holders are unavailable. I would like
to add lines for note taking on this particular handout master. Can anyone
tell me what's wrong?

You'll need to use either File/Send to Word or Shyam's Handout Wizard
(http://www.mvps.org/skp/how/ ), as the slide thumbnails cannot be resized
in PPT handouts.
