Handouts print object lines

J

John

I have several basic shapes on my slides with no line and white fill.
When I print the handouts, the shapes have a black line. How can I
stop Powerpoint from printing lines on these shapes??

This seems to occur when I print in both Mac and PC environments.

Thank You!

Same solution works for both PC and Mac: Choose View, Grayscale (it might say
B/W on the Windows PPT view menu or you may have an option for either).

That shows you on screen what PPT plans to do when printing to a b/w printer.

Rightclick(Windows/Mac w/ 2-button mouse)/Ctrl+Click(Mac w/ onebutton mouse)
the shape and choose Grayscale or B/W settings. Experiment with the options
until you get a result you like.
