handouts to word

I am trying to send handouts (6 to a page) to Word to include in a
publication -if i click on send to Word, I am only allowed to send up to 3
slides per page, and I need the 6 as in handout view. The publication will
contain about 70 pages of text of which about 16 pages will be powerpoint
presentations
I can send to print as a pdf which works, but I need to incorporate into one
final pdf, and this doesn't work - I have also tried printing from Microsoft
Picture viewer - but couldn't get rid of the page numbers!
I hope you can understand what I mean and thanks for any help

If your sending it to Word, your going to have to go into Word after sending and edit the table format to meet your needs. Clumsy I know, unfortunately the only way.

If you use the print handouts, selecting your 6 per page, you can print that to a pdf file which you can later insert into your master pdf file.

Jean,

When you send to Word it gives 3 columns, the first is the slide title, the
second is the actual slide and the third is the notes section.

Presuming you don't need the notes nor the slide number. Delete columns 1
and 3 in word, select the tables (plus the line above and below) and change
to 2 columns.

Is that ok for you.

Thanks to both for your help - Glen - have used your method but Michael -
would like to know more about the pdf method - I thought when you have
created a pdf it was a stand alone document and you couldn't change - I would
want to be amending into a master copy and adding page numbers and a table of
contents, how would this work - and thanks for your time
