hands off auto-scrolling downwards in Word

Hi, is it possible to have downward scrolling of the text at
pre-selected rate in Word? I suppose that this could be activated b
some command in Word that exists or maybe one needs to create a VB
macro.

I want to be able to read music lyrics or a partition in a continuou
fashion without having to touch a mouse or the screen.
