handWriting note wihtout a tabletPC

Hi

Using Onenote with my dekstop, i would like to use ON for handwriting note
with a pen. How can I do
-buy a e-tablet with a pen at Wacom for example, and writing notes on the
tablet shall be stransfered to ONOte..?

-The ideal shall be a Mouse Stylus type, using a wireless pen on my desk or
a special large carpet ..

DO you have something to recommend me for doing that?
