Handwriting recognition should support sub and super script

When writing equations from lectures it's a pain in the butt to format this
manually.

This should actually be posted in the tabletpc newsgroup, because the
recognition is a tablet pc issue, not onenote only.
Not that any suggestions here are actually implemented. ;-) j/k I dont know
if anyone actually reads these other than us helpers.

You'd have to remind me of which suggestions are yours. However...the
OneNote team got almost every reasonable feature request from this NG into
OneNote 2007.
