Are there any office programs that can convert hand writing into text?
Much the same as OCR?

You can try using the microsoft speech and hand writing
recognition if that is any help.

in any office program go to Tools => speech and continue
from there.

My Word program does not have that optoion.
I am usung Word 2000 in Office 2000,
should it be there?
